yknow, a lot of times i lived somewhere where i could jsut do that. like they do on the tv shows, randomly show up for a pleasant visit at someones hosue, for a nice deep talk. these things just dont happen, especially with the pressures that my parents put on me and their time managemeint values. Youll see in One Tree Hill (Michael Chad Murray is H.O.T.!!) where that hot brunette will just come over to his house, and theyll have hours and hours of great bonding time. something that i think my parents should have raisd me with is the value of feindships, Theyve allways led me to believe that wasting time tlaking on the phone and spending quality time with others and such is exactly that: a waste of tiem. i should be doing some other stuff more productive. Whats really valued in our high school life? is it the grades? is our future that important? how can i worry about it when i KNOW that God will take care of me in the future. "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD , "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. ¹² Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. ¹³ You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."- jeremiah 29 11-13) Of course that doesnt give me the right to slack off, it just shows that no matter how hard i work, if God wants me to go to a UC or an Ivy league to make in impact, then he'll send me, if not then ill make an impact elsewhere. But its just so hard having this much faith in God. I mean America is the land of the rugged individual, where we have to pave our way through life and success ourselves. so i have to question myself, whats not worth it. so many things arent.

wow this break has been kinda boring...but i did SOME things that were fun! hahah. oh first of all, HAPPY NEW YEAR! hahah. okay i dont remember when but i went to the mall with afsoon! wee! i hadn't seen that girl in forever and a half! we went to the mall to get shoes but we ended up just buying some clothes and lots of candy. hahah. silly us. its okay tho cuz we had fun =] heheh. oh! so on tuesday we had a little madrigal get-together thingy which was tons of fun! keith called me on monday night and was like "wanna go bowling?" so i was like yaaaaaaa! hahah. and then lyndon, keith, danny, and i talked online for like forever. hahah. fun stuff. ok well anyways on tuesday we went to island for lunch and then bowling afterwards. i hadn't gone bowling in years so it was mucho fun. i wish i had pix but i dont. sorry. ummm okay so new year's eve! i went to afsoon's new year's party..which was really fun! lots of food and DANCING. hahah. afsoon's family had us dance persian style. that was kewl. hahah. thanks for inviting us afsoon! ummm okay so yeah! its 2004! wee! have a very happy new year everybody! =D

wee its been a while!!! its finally winter break. woo whoo! fun stuff has happened this week...lots of choir stuff. the concert was good. friedrichs said it was one of the best holiday concerts in a while. wee! heheh. last night was our madrigal christmas party. MAN. it was so much fun! kirsten brought her kareoke machine and we sang the night away. it was so crazy. keith, kristen, and lyndon were going crazy. wow. that was some crazy stuff. my voice is like gone..hahah. but i must go carolling today at VONS so i must be strong. hahah. aww. im gona miss lyndon a lot. i hope the new accompanist is as kewl as him. anyways, i gotta go clean my room so i can go carolling and shopping for christmas presents. wee! happy holidays everyone! =]
